since everyone talks about building a tank pack, I figured i would take the initiative. I will start with the models I have downloaded so far. Expect to see a pack before the weekend.

this pack is no longer my responsibility. you will find the newest release here.

That's a good start! I would download them, only problem is that the game crashes for me when I use downloaded tank skins... not the originals! But I don't get that with the ATAT from past downloads. I cannot find out what the bloody h*** is going on with that problem!!

yes bertha is listed

snowman and pacman are there now.

will be adding the two enterprise models next (1701 and 1701-A) . to get both enterprise models in Im going to have to modify their directory structures and skin locations so they will be the hardest ones for me to work on.

Should not be to hard to change directories for them. Scorch just looks in the directory that you specify in the tanks.xml file so you could put them in any directory. So you could make enterprise folder 1 enterprise folder2.
No editing of the actually model required.

<tank>
<name>Enterprise NCC-1701</name>
<catagory>Star Trek</catagory>
<model type="MilkShape">enterprise\enterprise.txt</model>
</tank>
Part of enterprise.txt
Materials: 6
"glass"
".\glassbubble.bmp" <------ means it is looking in same dir as model.txt
"body"
".\firstbody.bmp"<------ means it is looking in same dir as model.txt
"firstpartofsat"
".\firstpartofsat.bmp"<------ means it is looking in same dir as model.txt

yeah it was shockwaves model that was giving me fits in the text file. thanks irishbandit though I wish you had told me when I originally installed both models together two weeks ago...

I will add both here in a little bit.

both enterprises are added now (shockwave used a nearly complete path to his files in the model's text file so I had to "shorten" his paths to get it to work properly.

@ Irishbandit,

I don't mean to be critical, but your enterprise's upper saucer section is a little bit too small. it's circumference should be equal to the width of the ship (meaning it should be as wide as the distance between the outside of the warp engines). I didn't notice until after I installed your model. I'm not complaining, just pointing it out for you. if you decide to fix it, I'll be more than happy to update the tank pack.

Now i just need to know which of shock's other models I need to install (his bird of prey starship will easily add another half a meg to the tank pack) The tank pack is almost two and a half megs now!
