It gives me great pleasure in announcing the release of Scorched3D version 43.2a. This is a minor bugfix release. This release is NOT compatible with any previous versions of 43.

Download here

Main changes:
- Camera will now correctly follow players shots
- Scorch textures now correctly tiled
- Client server syncing fixed
- Network dialog now correctly on screen

Code:

Game doesn't crash when buying time times out
Inventory window is populated even when player isn't making their move
Fixed scorch marks being tiled
Camera position isn't stored when there is only one alive player on the same client
Fixed bug where tankais were associated outside of simulator actions
Added more random number sync checks
Fixed bug where tanks where in an incorrect state for the first part of the levelTanks will remove themselves immediately if all other players are deadAdded client option to allow automatic connection to the server
Fixed incorrect naming of a sync check attribute in the options
Target camera will stay with the current player if they are the only player from that destination
Default projectile speed is slightly slower
Fixed network dialog being off the screen for some resolutions and ui scales

Great and thanks very much - I can now log on to game servers direct from Scorched 3D rather than the web site

Lovely. Rebuilding now with propper protocal setting. Should stop players
from getting mauled by ghosts. :D

more: Played full game with our Egyptian buddy. Worked perfectly.

Time to call back all our lost friends. lets get this place hopping again.

Second one says, 'No, it's Thursday!'
Third one says, 'So am I. Let's go get a beer.'

did not have much time, achieved no kills on merge, however, everything did run smoothly while dying! Great work as always Mr. Camp!

I really enjoy talking with folks in other countries, drinking stoli/tonic... pulling off shots that seem impossible, drinking..

Fact: CO2 = less than .04% (.00038) of the atmosphere - only a small fraction of that is man made.

Is there any word of a Scorched Earth version being developed for IPAD? I think this would be a great format and easily take over Angry Bird as a best seller!
