If you would like to participate in this impromptu tournament, please register your interest by stating it on this thread.

It starts in 2 hours.

The type of event will depend on if anyone shows up. It will likely be a 1v1 regardless of participation, but it might be round robin or double elimination.

I really enjoy talking with folks in other countries, drinking stoli/tonic... pulling off shots that seem impossible, drinking..

Fact: CO2 = less than .04% (.00038) of the atmosphere - only a small fraction of that is man made.

Interesting idea, spontanious matches. Though if you want to get some people together you may be better off announcing more than a few hours before.

When i was a regular player sunday evenings(afternoon if you are in US) seemed to be the busiest, maybe someone with actual visitor data could give you a better understanding of "business hours".

Also if you want to have a bigger chance of reaching players see if you can get a message on the front page and on the server to reach those that dont read the forum.

Normally I announce tournaments days, weeks or even months before hand. Today I was just trying to set up a practice tournament. Practice for me, not the players.

I was unaware such data existed. If anyone has information regarding "business hours", I would love to see it.

I noticed that there are communication gaps in this community. The only tool I have to contact players currently is the forum, but as I get more sophisticated, I will advertise any way I can.
