This one had me confused as Scorched doesn't require this dll to run. But through research I discovered that this is part of an intel graphics driver for opengl support.

Further research indicates that other games can sometimes crash with this dll.

However, just looking for about 5 minutes, no one seems to provide a fix for these errors. I would try 2 things. The first being going to intel's site and downloading the lastest graphics drivers if you don't have the latest and the second being, trying to limit some of the options in Scorched. Try setting it to safe settings and see if that works.
