I run the 41 Windows version. I tried the "Blame Canada" server but because of a stalling download I disconnected. After that I keep getting systematically messages about non existing files when starting 41. These files are indeed non existing:

C:/Program Files/Scorched3D/./data/windows/icon.bmp

C:/Program Files/Scorched3D/./data/windows/icon-easy.bmp

C:/Program Files/Scorched3D/./data/windows/icon-normal.bmp

C:/Program Files/Scorched3D/./data/windows/icon-hard.bmp

I can continue playing but I would get the files back in place. The last thing I tried was reinstalling the full version but this did not help. Thanks for helping me out.

May as well use an Existing thread.

For the last few weeks, One of the 5-6 servers i'm hosting has been crashing
with an untraceable Windows based Error.
Untill i can discover and resolve this, the Merge Server of Blame-Canada will
be Temporarily down.

No changes in the server exe, the mod-files, or the pc's systems files have
occured in months, so it may take me some time to dig through other possible
causes.

Strangely, none of the other running server exe's on the same PC are being
effected. But this does narrow it somewhat.

I Will however, host a non Stats Duplicate from a different machine.
If the duplicate also crash's, then I will have to blame some file error in
the mod. If it stays running, then i will have to test further.

Players of Mods, feel free to report any inconsistancies if you find them.

A few things were ruled out, and i thought i'd narrowed it to the SQL stats, but
after a few weeks of clear weather, it's reasserting itself. It isn't as often, or
as severe as it was, but if it makes the server stop responding, it can't be
healthy. According to Cam, it seems to happen when bots land kills sometimes.

If it's Database related, there might be a few other errors in there that weren't
flushed with the player events. I'd hate to reset it totally, but that may be a
Last Resort... for now, i'll monitor and gather more points of view.
