Hi there.

I'm running OSX 10.4.6 and downloaded the latest version of scorched earth for MAC.

The problem is that the downloaded se3 zip file fails to open and gives me an error 22 message saying " unable to unarchive SE3 onto desktop-error 22 invalid argument"

any help will be appreciated.

I dont know much about MAC's, but it sounds like your file might be corrupted, you might try re-downloading it and see if that works, if it does not let us know and someone who knows a thing or two about MAC's will help you as soon as they can!

I just realized you meant Scorched Earth.
I hope the above advice works for you but realize the maker of Scorched Earth (Wendell Hicken) is not affiliated with this game, Scorched 3D is based on Scorched Earth, but in 3d! if you have already played it sorry for goin on, but if you have not, you will love it, either way I wish you luck.

What's odd is the file he got is called "se3.zip" which doesn't come from us nor the official scorched earth site.

I Googled se3.zip and the only file close was Mythos-se3.zip which is a ctf mod for Unreal Tournament, I even searched for Scorched Earth and se3.zip and got zero hits.

I would delete your file and below is a link to Scorched Earth and Scorched 3D.
