Like to welcome some of the longest members to a trip down memory lane.

Introducing "Classic",
a joining of Apoc 1.5's Arsenal, Many of which were removed
from current,
and Black-Rose's superb Landscapes and UI-redesign module.

Weapons are as close to v37 effects as I can manage;
meaning, a dudding DH will blow up in your face, like it used to.

Bobirov tested and validated
Approx 16mb download direct from game-server.

If you cannot get in, let me know to verify that you're already
on record in my stat's database.
After i've got some stabile feedback, i'll open it to the public completely,

I was wondering what that mod was about. I saw it one day while see if there was anyone online. (there wasn't anyone on at the time)

It's the next idea that Shock-wave and I decided to work on. :D

sadly, till the immediate ban-bypassing incedent is cured, i will
have to limit it pre-exiting stats records.
Access on it is now opened to all players that have killed on my
servers before.

havn't tried classic yet, but I will. I don't really have time for much exploring these days, Thrax you're hosting 7 mods :shock: . impressive.

whats the plan with the skillz mod?

I really enjoy talking with folks in other countries, drinking stoli/tonic... pulling off shots that seem impossible, drinking..

Fact: CO2 = less than .04% (.00038) of the atmosphere - only a small fraction of that is man made.

The incident has no cure Thrax. None. And I'm VERY persistent.
And what was the good news...?

There have been persistent ones before you they are no longer here because of there actions.

If you have code to contribute to gavin or one of the other developers to help do so. Dont cause problems. Shape up or ship out. :shock:

The 5 kill limit lock to join this perticular server was taken down
*for the time being* because I was not aware the lock was even on.

Because I was frustrated to find out that new players not firmiliar
or understanding how to get those 5 kills to join..

I asked for it to be removed and magicly the server was filled
all night long with happy players.

I was very glad to see you all try out classic & seem to enjoy
the blast from the past mod :)

However,

I was not @ the time aware of any ban-bypassing..
and have not visited the forums for some time to read up
on whats going on.

and now seeing what was written above I guess this is a prime example
of why there are locks to begin with..

I guess I am not understanding what that even means, (or) what you
meant by that.. but, for those of you who enjoy annoying
administrators there is a fine line there you may not want to cross.

as irish said above, They are quickly dealt with and the line forms
over there--->

Perhaps someday some of you will realiZe that you not only ruin the fun
for yourselves, you also take away the fun for others who just want to
have access to, & play a friendly game.

Being that this is.. thraxs server, it is in the end
completely up to him how he chooses to set it up.

Please don't be suprised if you once again have problems connecting
and for those who don't even understand what a 5 kill limit is & just see
that they can't connect.. I fear they lose out to.

perhaps there should be a message at the door explaining how to
get those 5 kills at the disconnect screen message.

sorry all but it seems some people have nothing better to do then
spoil it for everyone else.. or atleast until some1 has a look & fixes
the ban to be a solid controlled feature.

-- The only way you'll get any messages at the door during connect is if you compile the code yourself and *ahem* change it.

Go have a looksee at the 'target practice' server.

I'd like to throw my two cents in for eveyone "getting along" but I can't think of anything clever to say beyond that. Shotzo, there's no need to prove anything.

Anyway, the real reason for this message is to say, COOL MOD!

My 1.5 cents. This mod is so much fun, if you havn't checked it out get on it! It may just be old weapons and old textures, but I personaly missed the black rose mod the first time around so all of the maps/textures/gui/sounds are new to me. I have played shockwave and thrax a few times and its always fun. There are lots of weapons to mess with, and in general they are all pretty lowtech. Anyway, the couple times I played with like 5+ other players was a ton of fun. Please, if you see me on there hop on and stomp me for a bit so my rank ends up closer to where it should be.

Shock, thrax, how do you guys manage to get so many diffrent mods up and running?!? Its going to be amazing if I ever finish a mod before a new version comes out and makes me spend another month playing with new features.

My other .5 cents. Shotzo, personaly I've never played someone who does the whole grid counting thing (or known it at least) and I dont mean it to sound like a challenge or anything, but I'd like to play with you to see how it works out. I have always been interested in knowing how much diffrence that kind of thing acualy makes. I have a feeling you'd be able to stomp me either way though, dont let any of my ranks anywhere fool you, I just play too much.

Again, awesome mod. Thanks bobirov too for all the weapons that are in classic mod from the old (1.5 was it?) apoc. Back to trying to get my f'ing placements to work.

Just it's whole name.. it's a joining of some old nostalgia mods, bringing
back many thing's Bobirov later removed from Apoc. and adding to it
the awesome maps and GUI redesign of Black-Rose.
