I have added the notion of catagories to the tanks.xml file.

Any model in the xml file can have zero or more <catagory> tags. These tags just contain strings. Tanks can belong to many catagories.

Any new catagories are automatically picked out the file and used to populate the new catagories selector in the tank selection dialog.

I have added a Starwars catagory and a TestCat catagory into the tanks.xml file so you can see what the format is.
