Can anyone else confirm the mantis bug tracker is having issues?

I get application error #1502 when I try to view the issues.

Most of the functions still work, and the list of current items is still there if

this is still a problem

*note. im about to port the dev page to new markup and switch the styles. ive not touched anything to do with the bug tracker. just to preempt in case anyone blames me : ¬ | 25/07. it's unrelated.
