any chance of some higher definition mirv bomblets? i've noticed a couple of times in screenshots, that unless you have lots of aa turned on, they're all jagged.

something like this maybe?

(it's only a measly 140 polygons (old one was 40 odd) that's nothing right? wouldn't even notice it)

I suspect it's not the triangle count that makes it look that way, but rather the fact that they are so small that, unless you're running at quite a high resolution (or using AA), the edges will have steps like that.

i don't think it is though. see how some of the warheads in the screenshot are kind of this shape ==D? : /

i'm pretty sure it's the angle combined with the shape/limited polygons.

see this picture?

see how that bell end effect is reduced? it's hard to do a fair test, but i'm pretty sure it makes a difference.

I dunno - I'm not convinced. ;)

I blew up the last of the three you just posted... looks kinda familiar to me!

That's down to a single pixel level, which only anti-aliasing (or higher resolution) can fix, IMO.

While I feel that some (many) of the models could likely use to be upgraded to better detail, it seems to me that this one is so small and goes so fast that it matters little.

Just my opinion. ;)
