Summary0000160: Calling groupnames from model groups (MS3D ASCII)
Description-Select a group to fire from within models (as specified in the model.) Essentially reading the model similar to a tank gunpivot, except just a groupname EG. In a plane, mg1- Plane could fire from mg1 group defined in model via weapon events. (stops uneeded redirections, and gives a huge functionality boost. Battleships could fire from their canons. Meteors could break off in the atmosphere ect using models.)

I thought about this abit more. Youll want to keep in mind the engine will need to read from each model locally instead of globally, just incase there are redundant groupnames on the field (multiple boids, or weapon events).

Ex) two identical boid planes with the groupname rocketpod or soemthing

I thought of this as we had the problems calling groupnames from projectiles earlier being global calls.

I was thinking of using this in conjunction with tank models, and projectiles. Projectiles would allow for planes to launch missiles, flares, and afterburners from correct locations.
