1. compatibility mode is unnecesary
2. what is your gfx card
except where would mod downloads go? and what about ids.xml
2 words: DO IT!
to have no teams set number of teams to 1
that made my day. Yusif snow textures that look detailed are hard to pull off. If you can really code and draw those textures then wtf is stopping you 😛
well for he past week or so there have been server issues and this has never been the most busy of forums to begin with
Playing it 🙂 I am liking what they did to the unreal engine except maybe the gfx styling everything with a black border. Last sat-Sunday morning did an 8.5 hour lan party we made level 20 😀
BTW you can have multiple characters.
Just to clarify things penut my Opinion is ditch a lot of the legacy hardware compatibility not software compatibility.
Back in the 80’s and before software and operating systems were driven by the development of the hardware, why did that stop? we could not keep up with programming software and operating systems that could keep up with the hardware. Now hardware development and deployment is driven by the software development and everything stays at peek efficiency.
The greatest hindrance to ms if they wanted to go over to a hybrid kernal is that it would kill compatibility of every program on the market past and present. Who would buy an OS that nobody could use anything with?
now I am not 100% positive about this since my last experience was with the ultimate beta back in may: they still have the compatibility menu under the properties screen and that worked pretty well on the few programs I had issues with. Also it is very important for drivers to be 100% up to date in the early days of a new operating system.
there certainly is a lot of of misinformation out there to to mislead the average consumer.
About yesterday morning post sorry if I sounded a little callous was not thinking straight then. Staying up to 2:30 am after donating blood tends to muddle your wits the next day.
he won’t have unlimited installations with the student version though. Linux? please not be serious. he is entering college which means he is going to need compatibility not a tinker toy. besides if he wants to tinker he can put the linux in another partition. True enough that premium would probably cover his needs very well though. At the mem yep all top quality brands.
From my experience penut lite on drives are of poor quality. High burn failure rate and mechanical problems.
ok then you might as well get the 64 bit version http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116758
actually the max amount of memory on a 32 bit system is 4gb just only three is showing because of the amount taken by the gfx card and anything else that has primary storage capabilities. also that xp mode thing is a bull shit gimmick. use open use virtual box if you do not want to dual boot a copy of xp http://www.virtualbox.org/
