    A tutorial has been uploaded to the official Milkshape site on the new transparency modes available.

    Scorched doesn’t support ’em but I posted anyway as a heads-up

    $&$£^” more work…do they have environment maps (shiny materials) that would be cool too.

    That explains why I couldn never get my transparent projectiles to work.

    My first idea for an ice missile was going to be semi-transparent iceball.
    It always endded up being solid light blue.

    Actually I think that is just a matter of transparency not working on projectiles at all, period. At least I always thought that was the case.

    I can’t BEGIN to explain how much I would like this. This would add, as far as I’m concerned, the only thing really missing in the game as far as eye-candy/realism goes.

    *grumbles at the thought of adding that to my Blender export script*
