I found a glitch in the v 41.1 shields, the shield’s HP can only go up to 100, no matter what the mod is.
Never had that issue, the Hoover in merge is over a hundred, my testing shields are in the thousands (hard target practice, to test rollers in buildings and such), I have shields with health below one hundred also.
What type of shield was it?
lol not true! i dled sniper mod for version 41.1 and the shield there can go higher than 100!
