i’ve read the Boy Aiming guide and think is it a way to reset these relative values?

measure the angle from you that is between the impact point and the target. Do this by pressing or holding ‘A’ and dragging with cursor between the target and the impact location.

They are reset after you shoot, but how to temporary reset them before shoot.
for example to measure the angle?

    You can’t…

Try a calculator. You can use the relative difference and subtract or add the two values to get a third one. =)

If you hit “u” it will undo to the aim of the previous shot.

    That’s not what he meant…

Ah, yeah. I guess what was meant is that you can look at the angle at the point of impact (using the “a” aimer thing), and at the target tank, get the difference. You can then apply that difference to your previous shot.

    Yes

Also I think it is good to have ability to control all these 6 values. Maybe console commands like this:

    setpower xxx
    setelevation yyy
    resetrelativerotation

and ppl can set shorcutkeys to these commands.
    this was discussed before http://www.scorched3d.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3519
