    I think I read somewhere that any chat a player inputs can be accessed and repeated from the console. If this is the case, how does one accomplish this?

    Also, I asked a bit ago about setting chat binds so that one key will send out a chat message. That would have to be done through the .xml file, right?

    You can re-send chat commands and see the chat history by bringing down the console (its the ` key on my kyboard, the top left key).

    Re-send by pressing the up and down arrows and then press return to select.

    You can bind one line texts by editting the keys.xml file and bind a console command to a key :-



    say "Hello all"
    Say hello
    Says hello
    8
    l

    I think now the l key will say hello.

    Well, that’s one surefire way to piss off others… 😀

    Every time I pressed “L”, “hello all” came up 4 times in a row. Ok, this was in a test game, but I do not doubt this would happen online too…

    Eeek, I say… 😉
