Ok.. so I was looking for good examples for a gfx update for s3d.. and found some good ones.
Explosion distortion- distortion wave or circle around explosions. scaleable
Bullet Trail- option for projectiles, does not emit, just follows behind, decay optional?
Single Particle- Most needed option imo, will be useful for several things!! It will really bring up to date gfx to s3d and still be manageable for lower end machines!! 😀 Blasts, fountains, volcano eruptions, etc.. decay and size/ luminance and texture. (maybe particle clusters?) I tested the explosion paramaters with a special texture, and found the patter it uses. Crossing, could you extend explosion types?
extended png support for transparency: will allow for many useful things, such as trees, models and trails.
