I have been very busy as of late, My oldest daughter is now married and my life will soon be back to normal….. whatever normal was.
My daughter was married in Cambria Ca. on the 27th and it was one of the happiest moments of my life, her new husband is a great guy who I know will be there for her always and treat her with the respect she deserves, I am proud to call him my son in law!
The picture below was taken minutes before I walked her down the aisle, I cannot put into words how close I felt to her at this moment, we had just finished crying like babies minutes b4 this was taken.
I am so very proud.
It is indeed a life moment when you give your “little girl” away.
Just wait ’til your grandpa dire…. =D>
btw shes a pretty one =D>
Thanx Chop, I cannot wait for the grandpa part of life, I have to say I am very proud of both of my girls, both of them are over 21 and have jobs, not addicted to drugs and are both child free, where I live that concept is almost unheard of….
I cannot believe how much this wedding has changed me, I am becoming Mushy inside, God help us all! 😯
Major congrats, Dire! While I don’t have children of my own, my niece was married back in lat May to a wonderful young man. I helped raise her when she was a newborn, and we’ve always had a special bond. My sister and family moved back to ND back in 2004. This was the first time i got to see any of them since then. It’s amazing how these little lives affect the heartstrings.
